The L.L.A. was established by a like-minded group of residential agents, landlords and property agents in January 2005. It is a non-profit making organisation. Some of the largest agents and landlords in Leeds are members of the association. We welcome any new members, regardless of the size of their portfolio.

The downloadable document is the application form that is required to be completed and returned the the Council for houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) that are required to be licensed.
